All of our Meat is bought through reputable butchers. The majority of it is local and when ever possible it is free range. We believe that it is our responsibility to cook with meat that we can vouch for. Being locals we know most of the farmers.

Ready Meal Best Before Dates:
These are shown as 3 days after the product was made. All frozen food is frozen on or before that date and is safe for you to eat up to six months later. Please do not refreeze any food after it has been thawed.
Cooking Instructions:
We recommend cooking all food at approx 180°C to 200°C until it is piping hot through out. A good way to tell is to insert a fork to the middle of the dish, leave it for a few seconds and then pull it out. If the prongs are hot the dish is safely reheated, if not give it a few more minutes and try again. The black plastic dishes that these ready meals are made into are safe to put into hot ovens but please place them onto a baking tray first as they get wobbly when hot!
