This weeks menu is all about Asparagus, and its a bit of a picnic inspired menu.
Smoked haddock scotch eggs with parma ham wrapped asparagus spears
Crispy duck egg with roast asparagus soliders
Asparagus, sun dried tomato & olive Loaf
and a Raw spring salad
