Chevre log is made from pasteurised goats milk. Matured for three weeks which allows the cheese to develop its distinctive mould ripend white, soft and bloomy rind. This time also allows the inside of the cheese to mature in to a slightly dense, crumbly texture that is full of flavour, which is typical of this type of goats cheese. The cheese has a lovely creamy, tangy flavour with hints of caramel.
