Made by a Syrian refugee family when they moved to Yorkshire and wanted to make halloumi.  It can be eaten raw, grilled fried f for a more squeaky texture.  It is handmade with 100% fresh cow’s milk sourced locally from Yorkshire.Suitable for vegetarians
