I launched the deli in December 2007 and quickly won the award of "Best New Deli" 2008.  It set the bench mark and showed off how determined I am to bring wonderful local food and produce to the town and its visitors.

I've worked in the food industry for the past 20 years and come from a family steeped in farming heritage.  I have great knowledge of food provenance and practical experience of getting food from the field to the plate.  I am passionate about local produce and seasonal eating.

The latest award winner is our Christmas Pudding which came top in its class earning us a 2 Star Award.  Complimenting our Fruit Cake which won a Great Taste Award a couple of years ago.  We are thrilled.
