We believe stilton is for life and not just for Christmas!! This rich tangy blue has been made by the Skailes family in Nottinghamshire for 2 generations. Still made by hand using methos that have changed little since the 17th Century. P V 200g

Winterdale Shaw

London's local cheddar, this delicious cheese has been in production since 2006 on the North Downs of Kent. Made with raw milk and cloth bound this cheddar is buttery, fruity and earthy. UP V 200g

Smoked Snowdonia Bomber

This is a naturally cold smoked cheese has a wonderful mellow depth and warmth. Produced by the mighty Black Bomber Creamy this is another family owned business on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. P V 200g

Glazert

A goat log with a bloomy rind made with mikl from the dairy's own herd. Named after the little burn which flows through the village this is a fresh and chalkey cheese developing into a more goaty flaovur as it ripens. P NV 250g

Bungay Butter

Made in Suffolk to an original recipe, this raw milk butter is the closest thing to an original suffolk butter. Made from milk from their own grass fed cows that produces a beautifully rich, creamy and complex flavour butter. NP V 200g

Sticky Fig Relish

Made by slow cooking onions before adding figs, honey sugar and fennel this jam like condiment is perfect for the festivities. V 200g
